Build custom internal tools and retention systems for agency clients. You'll own builds end to end, from scoping with the client to shipping the final product into their stack.

  • 3+ years shipping production software. Next.js / TypeScript fluency.
  • Comfortable across the stack: frontend, Postgres/Supabase, third-party APIs, Make.com / Zapier when it's the right tool.
  • Strong product instincts. You can sit on a call with a founder and decide what to build, not just how.

Client Solutions / Delivery Lead

Scope client problems, run the 14-day build process, manage feedback loops, keep delivery sharp. The bridge between client reality and what the engineers build.

  • Background in agency ops, account management, or technical project delivery.
  • You can sit across from a founder and translate "the team is dropping balls" into a build spec.
  • Comfortable with no-code tooling. You don't need to write code but you need to understand what's possible.
  • Bonus: experience scaling an agency, or running ops inside a 7-figure shop.
