Fluxomate ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Plain English, no fluff.

1. Who we are

Fluxomate is a systems and automation consultancy based in the United Kingdom, founded by Leo. Contact: leo@fluxomate.com.

2. What we collect

We collect data in three contexts:

  • Browsing this website — anonymous server logs (IP address, browser, referring page, pages visited), plus aggregate analytics if cookies are accepted.
  • Forms you fill out — when you complete the interest form, the qualification form on start.fluxomate.com, or book a call via Calendly, you provide name, email, company details, and any notes you write.
  • Working with us as a client — under a signed agreement we may access systems you grant us (CRM, ad accounts, Slack, etc.) strictly to do the work.

3. How we use it

We use this data only for:

  • Operating and improving the website
  • Responding to your messages, scheduling calls, and delivering the work you've asked for
  • Sending occasional updates if you've opted in to our newsletter or community
  • Meeting our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever.

4. Third-party services we use

The site and our operations rely on a small set of trusted vendors. Each has their own privacy policy:

  • Netlify — site hosting and CDN
  • Google Workspace — email and document storage
  • Calendly — meeting bookings
  • Klaviyo — email newsletters (only if you opt in)
  • Skool — the free community at skool.com/scale-proof
  • YouTube — embedded videos. YouTube may set cookies when you watch.
  • rss2json — fetches our public YouTube feed for the channel page (no personal data shared)
  • Stripe — payment processing for paying clients

5. Cookies

This site is mostly cookie-free. The only cookies that may appear come from embedded third-party content (YouTube iframes, Calendly widgets) and only when you interact with them. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.

6. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to answer your enquiry or maintain a client relationship, then no longer than necessary. Client work data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable handover window.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Ask what data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK: ico.org.uk)

Email leo@fluxomate.com with any of these requests and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This site is intended for business owners and operators. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and bump the date at the top. The latest version always lives at fluxomate.com/privacy.html.

10. Contact
